Programs

Tods (2 to 4 years)

Play-based movement for our littlest movers.

At this age, it’s all about curiosity and joy. Our Tods program introduces basic movement patterns, balance, and motor coordination through music, props, stories, and laughter-filled games.

What We Focus On:

  • Gross motor skills

  • Balance & coordination

  • Following instructions

  • Social interaction

Buds (5 to 8 years)

Foundational fitness wrapped in fun.

 

In Buds, kids explore speed, strength, balance, and teamwork through high-energy sessions filled with stories, missions, obstacle courses, and mini-challenges.

  • Strength, stamina & flexibility

  • Agility & reaction time

  • Teamwork & confidence

  • Reducing screen time through movement

Tweens (9 to 12 years)

Pre-Teen with a purpose
 

With the right guidance, this age is where fitness becomes a habit. We introduce strength training, mobility, and endurance challenges while keeping sessions fun and supportive.

  • Endurance & cardio

  • Calisthenics

  • Preventing early burnout/sedentary habits
