We currently offer programs for children aged 2 to 14 years, with fitness formats tailored to developmental stages—toddlers, buds, and tweens. Our SportFit program is for athletes between the ages of 8 and 14.
Our trainers come to you! Sessions are conducted in your society gym, clubhouse, garden, or in partner locations like Gold’s Gym—whatever is safe and convenient for your child.
Yes. We start with basic movement, balance, and coordination. Each session is scaled based on the child’s fitness level, and our trainers closely monitor every activity.
Definitely. We offer paid trial sessions so your child can experience a class before committing to the term. This helps both the child and parent make an informed decision.
Our standard term is 15 sessions, usually spread over 2 to 4 months, depending on the chosen schedule (e.g., once or twice a week).
Yes. Every child receives an Assessment Report at the end of the term. This includes observations on fitness parameters, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
We have experience working with neurodivergent children and are happy to discuss customised formats. Our focus is on supportive, structured movement and confidence-building through fitness.
