NEUROFIT BY JUNIORFIT

For your child, movement should never feel like a test they can fail.

Physiotherapist-led, clinically-supervised movement therapy for neurodivergent children, delivered one-to-one, built entirely around your child's sensory needs, motor development, and pace.

· Led by a registered pediatric physiotherapist · One-to-one sessions · Individualised programs · Aqua therapy
· Progress you can see

WHY NEUROFIT

Most programs ask your child to fit in. We build ours around them.

Every neurodivergent child experiences movement differently. Some seek it constantly; some find it overwhelming. Some are working on balance and coordination; others on focus, regulation, or simply feeling safe and confident in their own body. A single group class, however kind, cannot hold all of that.

NeuroFit was built for exactly this, a movement program designed from the ground up for neurodivergent children, led by a qualified pediatric physiotherapist and delivered one-to-one by trained specialists.

We meet your child where they are, and we help them move forward - at their pace, on their terms, with movement that feels like play, not a test they can fail.

CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Led by clinical expertise

He holds a Master's in Pediatric Physiotherapy from Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, and is a Certified Aquatic Therapist through the International Aquatic Therapy Foundation (IATF), trained under Brian England, bringing water-based and land-based movement together in every program.

Every child gets a program built around how they move, play, and grow, not a one-size-fits-all class. Dr. Lahoti designs the plan and personally guides the specialists who deliver it, so every session stays purposeful. Every 12 to 15 sessions, you'll get an update on how your child is progressing.

Real expertise, built for real kids, helping every child move better, feel stronger, and enjoy getting there.

Clinical assessment

We begin by understanding your child - sensory profile, motor abilities, communication style, and what you hope for them. Led by our clinical lead, this shapes everything that follows.

Individualised Program

Your child receives a plan built specifically for them. It targets their goals and adapts as they grow.

One-to-One delivery

Every session is one-to-one, delivered by an experienced trainer in a structured, predictable environment.

Progress you can see

Real milestones, real examples, and what we're focusing on next - shared with you and, when helpful, your child's wider care team.

Aqua therapy

Water does something land can't. The buoyancy and gentle resistance of water make movement easier and less intimidating - supporting balance, coordination, and functional skills that are often harder to practise on land.

For children who feel overwhelmed by sensory input, water is calming; for children who seek it, water offers rich, safe sensory feedback. And because it feels like play, children often engage more freely which means more genuine participation, and better outcomes.

No diagnosis? No problem.

You don't need a formal diagnosis to begin. If you believe your child would benefit from a structured, sensitive, one-to-one movement environment, the assessment is the right place to start.

If we notice something during the assessment that's outside our scope, we'll let you know and can help point you in the right direction.

REFERRAL PARTNERS

For doctors, therapists & schools

We work alongside pediatricians, developmental specialists, occupational and speech therapists, psychologists, and schools. NeuroFit is physiotherapist-led, follows structured clinical protocols, and reports progress back to you. We see ourselves as a complement to your work - never a replacement for it.

Parent of 5-year-old twins in the NeuroFit program

"NeuroFit has been amazing for my kids! Their motor skills have improved so much, and they absolutely love going. It's great to see my kids excited, active, and growing in confidence."

A note on what NeuroFit is. NeuroFit is a movement therapy program designed to support motor, sensory, and regulation development in neurodivergent children. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for care from your child's doctor, therapist, or specialist. We're glad to work alongside your child's existing care team.
